  6. because AOL Link is not supported. Make sure you have Open Transport version 1.1 or higher installed.

  8. because AOL Link is not installed in your System Folder. Use America Online installer to install AOL Link.

  10. because some configuration files are missing or corrupted. You may need to reinstall AOL client software.

  12. because of an error in updating the configuration files. Make sure you have MacTCP (2.0.6) or Open Transport (1.1 or higher) installed. Check the configuration using MacTCP or TCP/IP control panel.

  14. Click OK to restore your settings and restart now.

  16. Select a Location that connects via modem, or reconfigure your TCP/IP settings in your Control Panel.

  18. If you use an Internet Service Provider or Local Area Network (another TCP/IP connection), you can restore your current settings in your AOL Link Preferences (under the Members menu).

  20. Click OK to activate AOL Link and restart now.
